This pizza is the bomb! Literally would pay more than $5 for it. I've lived in Iowa City for 2 years and this is now my new favorite pizza place. Seriously, best bang for your buck! Don't glaze over this place just because it's $5. This is no Little Caesars, cheap pizza. This pizza is GOLD. 10 out of 10 recommend!

$5 pizza is an incredible value. We tried out this spot after seeing the positive Yelp reviews and were very impressed. The pepperoni and cheese pizzas are $5 and most specialty pizzas are only $9!
We did 1 pepperoni and 1 chicken bacon ranch and both exceeded expectations for the price. The pizza was ready within 15 minutes of placing an order.
The service was also great, and our order was ready when we arrived about 5 minutes early.
We will be back to try out some of their deals next time we host a game night. -

We've been in Iowa City for 6 months now but as of today we have found our go to pizza place! Awesome customer service, had a great conversation with the owner while waiting for the pizza to finish cooking (which didn't take long at all) and all for a very low price! This place is the exception to the saying "you get what you pay for" because you get much more than just a $5 pizza here. My wife and picky kids love the pizza as well. My family and I will definitely be repeat customers here and can't wait until our next pizza night! We got a half and half pizza and since it's only one topping on each half, we were only charged for a one topping pizza which again is great for picky households! We would recommend $5 Pizza to any pizza lover!

In my opinion, Iowa City is oversaturated with pizza options but this one caught my eye. $5? Would it be better than Little Caesar's? I ordered the Macaroni Pizza as I was leaving for work and it was ready a few moments after I arrived. I was taken aback by the prices. My pizza was $10, not $5. I didn't know that only 1-topping pizzas are $5 -which is fine because I almost always get cheese pizza. The pizza looked nice and the texture was fantastic. It tasted great. There was a hint of an aftertaste. I am planning on ordering pizza from here again. In my opinion, it's better than a lot of the other pizza options in town but faster and cheaper too. I am placing it third in line for best pizza that I have had from the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty/Solon area.

A coworker raved about this place last week. I asked her how it compares to Little Caesar's (LC) since they also offer $5 pizzas. Decided to try it out when I had a lazy night and didn't feel like working in the kitchen. Called in my order and it was ready in about 10 minutes.
Ordered the Mac n Cheese pizza and breadsticks since they had a special -- $1 breadsticks with purchase of a pizza on Tuesdays. Beware... the only $5 pizza is either cheese or pepperoni pizza...and prices go up to $16 for a supreme. Mac n Cheese was $9.
The pizza was actually not bad, different but I'd order it again. If you enjoy pizza cause you like the tomato-ey flavor of the pizza sauce... probably not going to like this one since it's basically all cheese with pasta on a crust. Breadsticks are pretty good too... bathed in butter and topped with garlicky, salty seasoning. They even give you marinara which costs extra at LC.
Will def come back.
